The School of Resources and Safety Engineering held an information session for the enrollment of "1+2" program in Germany in 2022

On the afternoon of October 22, 2021, RSE and School of Mining, Clausthal University of Technology held the "1+2" Overseas Study Program international online exchange meeting. The conference was hosted by Liu Li, deputy Dean of International Cooperation of the College. Dr. Alexander Hutwalker, International Exchange Office of School of Mining engineering of Clausthal. 34 undergraduates from mining engineering and safety engineering of our college attended the conference online and offline respectively.

At the meeting, Dr. Hutwalker elaborated on the enrollment requirements, student cultivation, course teaching, life and culture, and invited Jiang Yichen, who studied abroad for master's degree through the cooperative program of RSE and TU Clausthal, to share her study experience.

TU Clausthal, founded in 1775, is one of Germany's famous industrial universities. Mining, metallurgy, machinery, petroleum and other majors are its featured majors. Since 2015, the "1+2" joint training program has been carried out between our institute and Klostahl Technical University. At present, about 10 students have gone to Germany to pursue master's degree through this program, among which some excellent graduates have achieved overseas employment and have been sent to Eastern Europe after joining Zijin Mining As one of the "World Top 500 Enterprises".
